I've often said that the best television is on between the hours of 11PM to 1AM on the UPNs of the world. I will continue to say that. And i will say that the Emmys seem to be bias against these channels. Well no more!

I wish we could thank you Emmy for being a friend! BUT NOT THIS YEAR!

I think we can all agree that best actress for a comedy should have easily been split four ways... and I think I know who!!!

Here is who I would have nominated (winners are in bold):

Best Actress in a Comedy

Bea Arthur - Golden Girls
Betty White - Golden Girls
Estelle Getty - Golden Girls
Rue McClanahan - Golden Girls
Tina Fey - 30 Rock

I thought about it... as much as I love Rue, she's just not up to the rest of the teams snuff... and that Tina Fey is so good.

C'mon Emmys!

I'm creating this blog in outrage. The Emmy's are here to award the best television out there, PERIOD, and I know I'm not alone when I say that reruns of the Golden Girls are easily the best thing on T.V. right now. SO MUCH BETTER than Two and a Half Men it isn't even funny!

They got snubbed in just about every category! Where was Bea Arthur in best actress? Where was Best Song nominee for "Thank you for being a friend?" Where was the directing award for the great flashback episodes when Sophia was moving out!

This is just like the Emmy's... to not give Golden Girls Reruns the respect they deserve! If I were in charge, Golden Girls would win the emmy's every year!
